Prices 2011: Competitor 1400 Euros – Accompanying 1300 euros

For 8 days / 7 nights Full board.
Departure of the race from Bastia.
Coaches will be back in Ajaccio on 30 October 2011 at 11a.m

Supply for competitors, with food and drink during the race.
A warm meal at the end of the race.

HD photos of the race which can be downloaded at the end of the race.

The prices don't include

The travels before and after the race.
The insurance for cancellation. ( this can be taken individually )

Conditions to cancel :

More than 60 days before the departure : 60 euros per person to be paid
From 59 days to 45 days : 25% of the total expenses
From 44 days to 30 days : 30% of the total expenses
From 29days to 15 days : 40% of the total expenses
From 14 days to 8 days : 50% of the total expenses
From 7 days to 3 days : 80% of the total expenses
Less than 3 days : 90% of the total expenses
No presentation : 100% of the total expenses

Formalities

A valid ID card or passport is required with your payment receipt, to be presented before the departure.

Pack 'competitor / walker ' 1400 euros for 8 days / 7 nights

The registration includes 8 days and 7 nights full board.
For being registered, you can pay with maximum 4 cheques or by credit card.
The payment has to be sent with your registration form.
A 30% deposit has to be paid when booking. ( 420 Euros )
Your registation is valid when the deposit is received, and it is definitive when all the payments are received before 30 Septembrer.
