The CORSICA COAST RACE can from now on compare with the Greatest legendary races in the desert and far off islands. Some Runners rank this trail 5th amongst the most beautiful trails in the world.
This trail takes place in an almost unspoilt and mostly protected environment where runners will live thrilling moments.

The 2013 Trail itinerary :
The CORSICA COAST RACE 10th edition offers two types of trails. Runners can choose between the 6 stage Red trail and the 3 stage Blue Trail.
The 6 stage Red trail leaves from the North Cape ( Cap Corse) taking runners along the wester coastline to Bonifacio. This trail totals 170 km. The first stage goes around the North Cape. The second stage runs accross the Agriates desert. The third stage is a mountain stage ending in Ajaccio where the runners will enjoy a well deserved rest.
Blue trail renners will jorn other runners on Wednesday. All runners will then leave together on Thursday to reach Ajaccio.
The 54 km ultra trail takes runners to wild stretches of land edging turquoise waters, beaches, mythical spots such as the Roccapina lion (trail Campomoro Pianottoli).
In the 6th stage, runners will discover limestone cliffs and Bonifacio, a 12th century Genovese city perched on a rocky
Promontory and protected by its fortress.
The CORSICA COAST RACE wall is a forum open to all. With this wall, you will be able to support runners, to react once results are made public or simply to keep in touch with other runners as well as with members of the association.

You will be accommodated in 2 and 3 star hotels. All being situated near the departure spot of the next stage. These hotes have been our partners from the first edition of the race. They all have proved the quality of their services with a professional and helpful staff. All our staff will take care of you with a briefing giving you the details about the stage of the next day and in the evening while we are having dinner all together.
